Ever since the military intervention of the IFOR in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1995, the German Federal Armed Forces in a number of foreign missions is a regular strong. Among the stakes not only in the Balkans, but also in the DR Congo, Afghanistan and, more recently off the coast of Lebanon. The (post) conflictive structures and experience in the production of public security, the rebuilding of civil society and business in Lebanon, in the DR Congo and in the Successor republics of Yugoslavia are similar in some respects. found in all countries and there were civil wars that tore the well-functioning multi-religious and multi-ethnic societies.
