Burdon The group is a young and dedicated group of professional musicians from the Ukraine to Munster.
the group was founded in 2002 in the western Ukrainian Lviv (Lemberg).
your music substantially integrated Eastern European rhythms and specific Carpathian folklore. The instruments are strictly acoustic, and reflect the atmosphere of the old dances that have remained unchanged for centuries.
But Burdon's music is not really a reflection of authentic traditional folk music, it is modern folklore of the younger generation.
However, no new pieces are created, but old, often very famous play, but these with their own arrangements and modern influence.
Burdon played at numerous festivals in Belarus, Moscow, Ukraine and Poland, where they won the 2004 Audience Award Newcomer of the most important competitions.
